HOW DOES RISE PROVIDE SERVICES?
The role of RISE is to provide free linkage to existing service providers and to offer direct support to fill the gaps for services not currently offered by those providers.
Direct support is provided through RISE advisors. The advisor core includes seasoned entrepreneurs and business executives and respected BGSU academicians. Their combined experience includes leading organizations in sales, marketing, business development, technology, engineering, materials and distribution, quality control, strategic development, consulting and business development.
Rather than reinvent services currently offered within Northern Ohio, through relationships with education, government, commerce, and a network of providers, RISE offers a variety of options to entrepreneurs and companies to accelerate growth.
A UNIQUE APPROACH
RISE's unique approach is to provide the ability to take any business, regardless of the technology or industry, and focus specifically on the business development process helping to bring clarity and understanding to the entrepreneur. In so doing, many more ideas, companies, and people at any stage of enterprise development have a place to go for assessment, advice, and direction. RISE has developed a framework that provides any business, or potential business, with the resources and tools needed to navigate toward commercial success. Whether it is an aerial bucket manufacturer or a company developing a surgical imaging device, RISE supports the efforts of entrepreneurs and businesses in Northern Ohio to develop jobs that ensure the economic growth for the next generation.
